At a September 22 press conference, National Development and Reform Commission spokesperson Li Chao announced that during the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030), China will push the Beidou navigation satellite system toward market-oriented, industrialized, and internationalized large-scale application, with an industry scale target exceeding 1 trillion yuan within five years.
