Weiyuan County in Gansu Province has received investment and industrial support from Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong, under China’s east-west paired assistance program. The cooperation has brought a sportswear manufacturing base, a cold-water fish farming project, highland vegetable cultivation, and a solar-plus-storage energy project.
